RETURNS & WARRANY

RETURN POLICY:

Since our work is handmade, there are NO REFUNDS or Exchanges, we offer store credit only (in gift card form). CUSTOM orders with names, brands, initials, etc, will NOT be refunded and store credit is not allowed. Please make sure your belt size is correct and that you have measured before ordering. Returns will only be valid for 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Items must not be worn. Original shipping fee's are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Remuda will guarantee our product for 90 days. We will warranty the products for 90 days after purchase on sewing only, not on wear and tear.  The definition of wear and tear is at our discretion.
